As Genesishukuk, we set out with a vision to fundamentally change this paradigm: to transform compliance processes into a proactive, measurable, and motivating experience by combining legal intelligence with artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

ComplAiHub, the tangible product of this vision, is a RegTech (Regulatory Technology) platform that reshapes internal risk awareness through gamification mechanics and intelligent analytical tools. We not only established the legal framework for this project but also designed the concept for its underlying risk analysis engine, the legal reference logic for the AI assistant "MuYu," and the strategic architecture of the entire system to create a sustainable learning culture.

ComplAiHub, developed by Genesishukuk, is an AI-powered compliance platform that prepares companies in Turkey not just for KVKK compliance, but for multi-faceted regulations such as MASAK, Competition Law, Occupational Health and Safety, ESG, and GDPR.

The Challenge: The "Black Box" and Ineffectiveness of Traditional Compliance Training

At the project's outset, we analyzed the deep-seated problems created by traditional compliance and training models. Although companies organized costly annual training sessions, they could not measure the extent to which these efforts translated into actual behavioral change. "Training fatigue" had set in among employees, and presentations and tests had become chores to be completed as quickly as possible.

This situation created a dangerous "black box" in corporate risk management: it was impossible to know which department, location, or position was more vulnerable to which specific regulatory risk (e.g., KVKK, MASAK, competition law). In the face of constantly updated regulations and employee turnover, one-off training sessions failed to keep corporate memory alive, making it impossible to build a sustainable compliance culture. This ineffectiveness was paving the way for potential legal sanctions and reputational damage.

Genesishukuk's Strategy: Encoding Legal Intelligence into Technology

To solve these deep-rooted problems, we went beyond mere legal consultancy and adopted a multidisciplinary approach, following a strategy of directly encoding legal intelligence into technology. Unlike classic LMS-based training software, ComplAiHub does more than just "measure knowledge"; it integrates a dynamic risk matrix, predictive analytics, and gamification-based motivation. While traditional systems limit assessment to one-off tests, ComplAiHub makes learning continuous with its monthly renewable tournament model.

Dynamic Risk Matrix and Strategic Data Collection

We designed the dynamic risk matrix, which serves as the backbone of the platform. By identifying risk areas (e.g., 12 main risk areas) specific to the sector and structure of each company, we linked each of these risks to relevant national and international regulations. This structure allowed each company to create its own risk map and tailor its training content accordingly. Every question asked by the platform is no longer a random knowledge check but has become a strategic data collection tool fed directly from this risk matrix.

AI-Powered Legal Reference Engine: MuYu

The most innovative step in our strategy was developing the concept for the AI assistant, MuYu. We designed MuYu as an intelligent guide that enables users to learn not just the correct answer to a question, but also the "why" behind it and its place within the company's own policy. Its ability to instantly answer a question like, "What does the company policy say about the question I got wrong?" with a direct reference bridged the gap between theoretical legal knowledge and practical application.

Data Security and Audit Infrastructure

By designing the data privacy and reporting infrastructure in strict adherence to KVKK/GDPR principles, we ensured that all collected data serves as a reliable source for internal and external audits while also protecting employee privacy.
